As part of the Impostors Game Team, you will be responsible for managing our “light Agile” process. This includes conducting all sprint meetings, helping with story card development, and raising red flags & providing solutions when tasks are at risk of slipping. The ideal candidate has experience in AAA game studios, has shipped at least one PC/Console title in a Producer capacity, and loves playing and making video games.

Agile/Scrum experience and deep knowledge of managing projects using these techniques

Thorough and intimate knowledge of the game development process, beginning to end

Expert and passionate problem solver

Previous experience working with cross-discipline teams & multi-located teammates

• Previous experience managing a post-launch “live” team (games as a service)

As a Senior Game Development Engineer, you have broad experience in game development and world-class software engineering skills. Working with other roles in art, design, and QA, skills in collaboration and the ability to work with ambiguity is a must. You will work directly with artists and designers creating real-time, robust and varied systems that drive highly-social, multi-platform games for Super Studios.

1. Thorough knowledge of the game development process
2. Comfortable as a generalist while working on a variety of game systems, tools and pipelines – backend and front
3. Design code that is maintainable and follows good software design practices
4. Knowledge of PC games, console games, player types, and game mechanics
5. Able to effectively communicate across teams and departments
6. Must have the ability to problem solve and define best work practices within their assigned area of work.
7. High degree of self-motivation and initiative.
8. Unreal Engine 5.x proficiency in both blueprints and C++.
9. Previous experience in synchronous real-time multiplayer gaming.
10. Fluent in Perforce usage.
11. An avid gamer is a MUST.

As part of the Impostors Game Team, you will lead all design efforts and mentor junior designers. This includes designing all game and meta-game mechanics, level/map stories, mini-game and puzzle design bringing a highly unique and AAA gaming experience to the Social Deduction genre.
